Monthly Preventative Capitation Scheme 

£14.85 per month

A budget orientated dental plan to pay for your regular routine treatment. The cost of a years preventative care is spread across 12 equal monthly direct debit payments. Should you prefer, the plan can also be paid for annually in advance. The preventative capitation plan has been administered by the company Practice Plan, on our behalf, since its inception in 2000. The plan is not appropriate for patients who don't wish to attend regularly!
